For Employers
MMC gathers input from business owners with regard to the current state of their retirement plan, along with information about the goals and objectives of the employer for the retirement plan. Some of the specific items we will review include:
- Level of business owner personal contributions to plan – is it sufficient to meet the owner’s retirement goals?
- Is the retirement plan compliant with ERISA and Department of Labor regulations?
- Is there an investment policy statement, and are investment options being monitored on an ongoing basis?

For Employees
Information is gathered from employees, including census information and retirement goals and objectives. Advice is given to employees with regard to funding levels as well as investment options.
